I pinched the following article from The National Post it was written by Kelvin Browne. It spoke to a number of issues we see on a not irregular basis. Particularly with regard to costs. Before I cut and paste it I will share the story about a couple that hired us many many years ago. The wife asked us to paint a certain colour which we of course did. The husband came home from a trip — we could hear the raised voices from outside the building — and changed the colour which instruction we dutifully complied with. There were more raised voices and I brought in a designer who managed to find some middle ground and created some temporary marital harmony.
